1	Represent VRM in the most professional manner possible.
2	Update Rider Web Profile Page on a regular basis with your current race results.
3	Support other Team VRM riders.
4	Promote VRM at all racing events and list TeamVRM.com as a sponsor on any events attended.
5	Place TeamVRM.com fender stickers onto motorcycle supplied by VRM.
6	Treat VRM Staff and any other team rider with respect and professionalism as you would like to be treated.
7	*Never contact a Team VRM associate company directly!* All inquires, orders, payments and correspondence is to be done through VRM at sponsorship@vrmweb.net
8	Use of Rider’s Name and Likeness: VRM (and it’s individual racers) will permit the use of his name, picture and signature in the endorsement of any of our support riders and in the advertisement, publicity and promotion of any TeamVRM.com associated companies.
9	Risks Assumed by Rider: The Rider (and it’s individual racers) acknowledges that he/she has voluntarily entered into this Agreement/Contract. It is the Rider’s decision to participate in sports activities using any of TeamVRM.com's endorse products and the Rider’s decision is not based on his/her sponsorship with the VRM or any other TeamVRM.com associated companies. The Rider acknowledges that sports using TeamVRM.com associated companies products may be a dangerous activity and that serious injury or death can result. The Rider accepts these facts and places no liability on TeamVRM.com, the Company or any of TeamVRM.com's associated companies.
10	No Liability of Manufacturer or Distributor: The Rider (and it’s individual racers) shall not seek any indemnification from TeamVRM.com, the company or any of VRM's associated companies for any injury, damage or loss caused during activities in which the Rider promotes any of TeamVRM.com products or TeamVRM.com's companies associated products.
11	Indemnification: The Rider (and it’s individual racers) shall hold the TeamVRM.com, the Company and any other TeamVRM.com associated companies harmless in the event of accident or bodily injury that may occur at the time of racing, practice, and /or testing of equipment or at any other events where the Rider is present or completing at the request of the Company, using products of the Company, TeamVRM.com, any other TeamVRM.com associated companies or using any products of associated clients of TeamVRM.com or displaying the logos of TeamVRM.com, the Company, any other TeamVRM.com associated companies or any other TeamVRM.com associated companies products.
12	By being a TeamVRM.com rider you must adhere and agree to the above responsibilities and agreement.
13	Pay Team Fee after acceptance and prior to participating in the TeamVRM.com program.

Team VRM Policy: If accepted to Team VRM a rider must represent VRM, our associates, sponsors, other Team VRM members in the most professional manner possible. Any Individual not representing VRM or acting in a professional manner may have their sponsorship terminated by VRM immediately
